Not Happy Jan!!!
I am extremely annoyed with the car dealership I am getting my car from. I called the sales rep on Monday and he didn't call me back, yesterday I called again and said i never got a call back, he called me back about 10 mins later. Today I called and spoke to him again and he said he would follow up my query and call me back in 5-10 minutes. As he hadn't called me back, I called them again at 2:30 and mentioned that he never seems to call me back now that I have signed on the dotted line . It is now after their closing time and I still have not had a call back. Tomorrow if I don't get a call by about 10-11am then I am going to call back and ask to speak to a manager, it really is, in my view, very poor customer service, even if he can't give me an answer to my question, at least call me back to tell me instead of making no contact at all.

F*** you are high maintenance. Anyway, just tell the dealer IN WRITING that unless you have your car by X date that you will refer the matter to VCAT's Civil Claims list seeking relief under the Fair Trading Act to have the contract set aside. Possible you can also claim breach of contract and misrepresentation as to the time for delivery by the trader. Havign to defend themselves in VCAT will cost them money on the deal, so far better to just cough up the vehicle.
Geez your blog is painful to read. Maybe I'd better just stop, although I wish you would!

Lama - looks like you are right! Someone doesn't like me and yet they continue to read my blog AND comment! hehehe
Maybe I am like a car accident to them, it hurts to look and read but you can't help it ;)
Anyway, if wanting customer service means that I am high maintenance then let them think that. I have the same attitude and standards in regards to my work - if you say you will do something, then do it. If you can't meet a deadline then just say so - leaving people in limbo is far worse. Communication is the key here people!
Seeing as I have also just been given a promotion at work, my way of doing things mustn't be too bad :)
Now now, if I didn't like you would I give you the advice I did/ In fact as my friend says, I love you... kinda like Jesus loved the lepers.
Thats all kinds of creepy. Did Jesus love the llamas too, or was he more a donkey man?
