A new gadget

I bought a new camera, the Canon IXUS 70. I was going to wait until I got my bonus in August in plenty of time for the GVBR, but I figured I could get it today on the 12 months interest free and still at cost price so why not get it for this weekends Warby ride! I wanted a camera that was small and tiny enough to go into a (jersey) pocket w/out being obtrusive.
I got the camera, 2x 1 gig SD cards, a soft case and 3x 1 gig CF cards for my DSLR. It really is amazing how much markup there are on some things! I got the lot for the cost of the RRP of the camera on the Canon website ($500)
