I just had a 1hr nap in my arm chair, damnit! I feel heaps better for it, I just hope I can still sleep well tonight

Naps are great and Sundays are the perfect day for them. :-)
I love nana naps! It's just that I've been having trouble sleeping lately so I was worried a nap would make it hard to get to sleep last night, thankfully it wasn't too bad :)
